Terms & Conditions — Chotu Store

1. Description of the App

Chotu Store enables convenience store, corner store, and mom-and-pop shop operators to manage their products, inventory, menus, and incoming orders from the Chotu Customer app. Store operators can create staff accounts, track sales, and manage their online storefront through the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff accounts you create.
• You must notify us immediately at support@plat4minc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Store Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App, including product listings, inventory records, order history, and store information ("Your Data"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Data to provide the service — including making your store listing, menu, and product information visible to customers on the Chotu Customer app.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including product descriptions, prices, and any claims made about your products or services.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

• Orders placed by customers through the Chotu Customer app will appear in your App.
• You are responsible for accepting or rejecting orders in a timely manner.
• You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and safety of the products you sell.
• You must comply with all applicable food safety, health, and business regulations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to sell prohibited or illegal items.
• Provide false or misleading product information, prices, or store details.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our prior written consent.

7. Staff Accounts

You may create staff accounts for your employees to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for managing these accounts and for any actions taken by your staff through the App. You should remove staff access promptly when an employee leaves your business.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Plat4m Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand names, or logos.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your store receives repeated complaints about product quality or service.
• You sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items through the platform.
• We are required to do so by law.

You may delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
