1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by cashiers or staff accounts you create.
• You must notify us immediately at support@plat4minc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Store Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including product listings, inventory records, order history, and customer information ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. We do not monitor or verify the content you upload or enter.

5. Payment Processing

The Service integrates with third-party payment processors (e.g., Clover) to facilitate transactions. We are not a payment processor and do not handle, store, or have access to your customers' credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Your use of third-party payment services is subject to those providers' own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any errors, outages, or disputes arising from third-party payment processing.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or incur fees. If applicable:

• Fees will be communicated to you before you incur any charges.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Plat4m Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand names, or logos.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may harm other users.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion (see our Account Deletion page). Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plat4m Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., Clover, Firebase, Twilio). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service with at least 15 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plat4m Inc. regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
